Rosters must be submitted by February 20, 2008 in order to be in the
tournament book.

to register your team in the tournament. You will
not be be officially entered into the tournament until your entry
fee is received by the OVA office. Please make sure that your
roster is correct in Sign-up-to-play if you want your roster correct
in the tournament book.
Age Groups: 10 Club
($300 entry fee), 12 Club,
13 Club, 14 Club, 14 Open, 15 Club, 15 Open, 16 Club, 16 Open, 17
Club, 17 Open, 18 Club, 18 Open
Format: Pool Play
Saturday. Elimination Tournament Sunday.
Pool play will be played in two waves: AM 8:00-3:00 and PM
3:00-9:00
Refereeing Responsibilities:
Each team must provide a qualified down ref, scorer, and two line
judges for the matches they are assigned to. Not providing an
officiating crew will result in a forfeit of the first game of the
next scheduled match.
Requirements: Teams
must be USAV Registered. All coaches must have Medical Forms
with them at all times for each of their players.
Check-in: There will
be a MANDATORY check-in will be at the OCCC from 6-8pm on Friday,
February 29, 2008
